Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of PlayerHub, a platform operated by Flare Sports Agency ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using PlayerHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

PlayerHub is an online marketplace that connects football players with football clubs. The platform allows players to create profiles, upload media, and signal availability, and allows clubs to discover players and register interest. PlayerHub is not a sports agency, recruitment firm, or employment service.

PlayerHub makes no guarantee of any football transfer, trial, employment offer, contract, agency representation, or contact from any club whatsoever. This applies equally to all subscription tiers — Free, Pro, and Elite. Subscribing to any paid tier increases visibility and unlocks features but does NOT guarantee any career outcome, club interest, response, or opportunity of any kind.

You acknowledge that football transfers depend on many factors outside of PlayerHub's control, and you accept that no outcome is promised or implied.

You must be at least 16 years of age to register an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Club accounts must be registered by an authorised representative of the club.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Players are solely responsible for the content they upload, including photos, videos, statistics, and biographical information. You confirm you own or have rights to all content uploaded and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. PlayerHub may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Club accounts are subject to verification by PlayerHub administrators before full activation. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke verification at our sole discretion. Verified status does not constitute an endorsement.

You must not: misrepresent your identity or affiliation; upload false, defamatory, or unlawful content; harass other users; attempt to circumvent platform security; scrape data; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate another player, club, or agent.

PlayerHub offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via our payment processor Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

All payments to PlayerHub are strictly non-refundable for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to: change of mind, lack of results, dissatisfaction with the service, accidental purchase, cancellation, or account termination by either party.

Cancelled subscriptions retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. There is no pro-rata refund for partial periods. By subscribing, you expressly waive any right to a refund.

The PlayerHub platform, brand, logo, and underlying software are owned by Flare Sports Agency. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayerHub and Flare Sports Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost opportunities, lost earnings, or reputational harm. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time. No refund is provided on termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
