We collect: account details (name, email, password hash, role); player profile data (age, nationality, position, statistics, photos, videos, career history); club profile data (club name, country, contact details); payment information processed by Stripe; usage data such as profile views, log-in times, and IP address; and any messages you send through the platform.
We use your data to operate the platform, display your profile to relevant users, process subscription payments, facilitate communication between players and clubs, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.
We process your data on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you; your consent (for optional features); compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the platform.
Your data is shared with the following processors under data processing agreements: Supabase (cloud database and authentication hosting); Stripe (payment processing). We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data to authorities where required by law.
We retain account data while your account remains active and for up to 24 months after deletion for legal and accounting purposes. Payment records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
